Despite Passover’s bad rep on the recipe front, I’ve found some real keepers over these past few years. Seriously, my mouth waters thinking about this Matzah Toffee!
Since Passover coincides with tax day this year, I volunteered to help with dinner prep. It helps that Passover is a Monday so I have more than enough time to cook and bake.
