Thanks for sticking with me through my introspective start to the year!
I have debated whether or not I should post a 2013 Bucket List, and then decided that I wanted to share some of my goals for the upcoming year. One of the best bucket lists I read was Amy’s at Lavender Parking. I love that she took a holistic approach to the year, so I borrowed the idea for my first ever (published) bucket list.
Restore Balance
Eat Clean (You can read about this in greater detail in my New Year post)
Practice Yoga More Consistently
Keep Meal Planning
Create/Join a Book Club (and read more!)
Improve Fitness
Half Marathon PR
Another Olympic Tri
Chicago Marathon (Sub 4:00 please)
Do a Century Bike Ride
Make a Change
Write! (maybe even take a writing class)
Volunteer
Take a Professional Risk
Self Host the Blog
What’s on your 2013 Bucket List?
Yay for bucket lists! 🙂
Read a book and volunteer – two goals that I absolutely love!! Great ideas! Happy New Year and good luck with your bucket list 🙂
Thank you! I’d love to find a way to volunteer more time…maybe I will start volunteering for instead of running a race!
Great lists! Good luck!
Yes, I think I might need it!
Ha ha!
I have a bucket list, though not just for the year. I haven’t crossed anything off of it yet 😦 But I hope I will soon. It’s always good to keep pushing toward goals and dreams.
Agreed! I haven’t made a life bucket list, but what a fantastic way to push and enjoy your life : )
Nice bucket list. I don’t have one–maybe I should? Hmmm . . . .
Go for it!!!
Your list looks great! Hopefully the Chicago Marathon will have another perfect year for you! And a Century sounds like fun. No pressure, and you get to take a bunch of breaks and eat a lot of snacks! Good luck with your list! I look forward to following along!
Thank you!
I’m looking forward to an exciting year ahead. Cheers to the snack breaks on the bike : ) I am crossing my fingers for an amazing Chicago year since 2011 was WAY TOO hot!
I like your bucket list! I definitely want a marathon PR and to race another tri– looks like we have some of the same goals!
For sure! I may even bump into you at a race…ha ha! Thanks for stopping by!
Fantastic bucket list! It’s quite similar to mine… definitely going to self-host my blog (soon!) and want that 13.1 PR! Love the idea of starting or joining a book club!
Cheers to a GREAT year!
Yes…cheers to lots of fun ahead. I have no idea how to even take step one with the blog, but I’m sure I can figure it out : ) I am definitely gearing myself up for some speed training in order to make that PR!
