I hope that everyone on the East Coast is back in power, healthy and safe with your family and friends! We are thinking about you!
So I saved the easiest and tastiest pumpkin recipe to share with you on this fabulous fall day!
These 4 ingredients will change the way you look at pumpkin, I promise!
Step 1
Combine pumpkin with instant vanilla pudding (the smaller size). FYI-this is already a super tasty combination!
Step 2
Fold in thawed Cool Whip.
Step 3
Stir in pumpkin pie spice and sprinkle more across the top.
Step 4
Eat with graham crackers, apples, a spoon, cinnamon pita chips, or just lick your fingers!
The BOY and I found our favorite way to enjoy this incredible dip…
On a graham cracker and covered with whipped cream!
No matter how you eat it, your face will be smiling! Just eat it quickly because it won’t last long in your fridge!
Did you dress up today?
My costume will look something like this!
The only thing missing….some bangs!

Ahhhh my rooomate made something similar and we dipped apples and vanilla wafers into it and it was SO GOOD!
Ahh Vanilla Waffers…I love those. They would be great with this. You could make little cookie sandwiches!
This looks amazing, especially with the whipped cream! But really, I have yet to have anything pumpkin that I don’t like! Happy Halloween!
I’m yet to find a pumpkin food I don’t like either…last night I actually read a post for pumpkin grilled cheese. Yummy!
This looks dangerously good! It’s the kind of dip that I’d use any old excuse to open the fridge door just so that I could get to that container. Before long, I wouldn’t even bother with crackers or chips, an index finger will do. 🙂
Happy Halloween!
I think that you know me so well! I kept urging the BOY to try some so I could have some more. Hope you had a good day!
LOVE the spiced pumpkin dip! Especially with apples. or spoons 🙂 HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
You too!
Hope you enjoyed your day with some yummy sweets!
That dip looks soooo good. What exactly is cool whi though? I’ve heard of it before but want to find a UK alternative so I can make some of this dip goodness.
I’ve finally managed to grab a hold of some canned Libby’s pumpkin puree which is about as rare as finding rocking horse poop! And our version of graham crackers are digestive biscuits. So I have most worked out other than the cool whip.
I had no idea that Cool Whip wasn’t international. So sad! If I make it across the pound, I will bring you some. It’s whipped cream. You could prob make your own and it would be much healthier! Thanks for stopping by!
