ACCOMPLISHED: 37:25 (an 8k PR!)  Read all about it!

 

 

5/05/13-Great Western Half Marathon

GOAL: Beat 2012 time (and avoid hitting the wall)

ACCOMPLISHED: 1:49:46 and a PR!

GOAL: Beat 2009 time 1:18:55 or at least my 2012 time 1:21:06

GOAL: Train well and have fun!

GOAL: Beat my 2011 time

10/13/13-Chicago Marathon

GOAL: Sub 4:00!

    What do you do with your old workout shoes?

    Yeah. I have heard once your done with running in them they are too worn out for anyone else to use and charities end up throwing most of them away.
