What do you do with your old workout shoes?
Well…that is a great question!
I usually rotate them through. Buy new ones, move old shoes to back up and keep a mud pair then donate the old mud pair or two.
Do you ever throw them away?
nope…should I?
Yeah. I have heard once your done with running in them they are too worn out for anyone else to use and charities end up throwing most of them away.
Interesting…I had read that Nike (and some other companies) recycle them into playground flooring, which really impressed me!
How often do you get new ones?
