Welcome to my page! Thanks for stopping by. I am a 31 year old living in suburbia struggling to balance a full-time job in health care, healthy eating, and exercise along with all the other fun things I enjoy. I love to run and practice yoga, and I am always setting new exercise goals. In 2011, I ran my first marathon. I spend quite a bit of time in the kitchen cooking and baking. I have a lot to learn in terms of technique and the best way to learn is to practice. I also love to travel, and photography has always been a hobby of mine. Join me, a new-ish blogger, as I share my travels, recipes, exercise struggles and successes, and photos along with all the other excitement that comes my way.

I’m looking for a good vegtable soup, don’t like beans. Your uncle like veg, soup.
Hi friend! I saw this recipe on the food network this weekend and thought about you. Lots of veggies and spices to make it yummy. If I give a try, I will let you know. XOXO

Yay for your blog!!!
I love your blog name. Something I am striving for in life and my work…seeing as I hate my job and would love to pursue a real passion. Which I ‘think’ is writing, but honestly have no idea
Great to find another 30 year old as well!
Thank you!
It has been my signature on my email for awhile…”Do what you love. Love what you do!” and I think it is so positive and inspiring. Thrilled to find another 30 yo in this world. I feel like a grannie out here : )
Best of luck to you as you explore your passion. It will be a challenging journey and provide you with even more fun stories/posts to write about!
Love the title of your blog! I read your post from today and can totally relate to the “old” body feeling a bit slow sometimes…28 doesn’t sound that old, but sometimes it sure does feel that way:)
Thank you for your comment! I’m glad that I am not the only one who sometimes feels slightly older than her years : ) The title quote is one of my all time favorites. I recently found it on a key chain at a little boutique store and bought it for a friend starting her career. I think it is such a positive way to approach life and always makes me smile!
Hi, I really enjoy reading your blog and have nominated you for the “Inspiring Blog Award” There are a few rules to this nomination (these aren’t my rules, so do what you want…no pressure) you need to give a shout out to me, of course, tell us 7 things about yourself and then nominate 15 bloggers, that’s the tricky part, if you don’t have 15, don’t worry, just pass it on to someone….share the joy by following this link,http://trkingmomoe.wordpress.com/
Thank you! I look forward to your kind and thoughtful comments, and it will be fun to share the joy!
31? …. I thought you were 21. Wow. You look great! thanks for stopping by my blog! can’t wait to read more about your life! teehee!
You are so funny. The BOY and I get that a lot where people think we are in college. It probably doesn’t help that I rarely wear makeup and work with kids/adolescents so I talk (write) like one too : ) Thanks for the comment. I’m sure you will find some more ways to spoil your coworkers on the site!
I wished I looked young like that when I’m your age! haha and yesssss I cannot wait!!
