Last year, I had a fun time in the kitchen preparing for Passover.

Although this year, I am armed with new Passover recipes and excited to make some yummy meals, these last 2 weeks at work have left me with little time to cook or bake and so absolutely exhausted that my body completely shut down last night. 12 hours of sleep later, I am slightly more energized, but my sinuses are still screaming. The BOY, on the other hand, is not doing so well. He has a BAD stomach bug and wasn’t able to enjoy his Passover meal last night. He is sipping some tea this morning and we have some of my Dad’s famous matzo ball soup for lunch. We are hoping to regroup in order to participate in tonight’s Passover festivities!
If you are feeling well and up for some holiday baking this weekend, here are some delicious Passover recipes to try.
